My mother Dollie wanted to stay in her home as long as possible. We were always close, but never closer than in those final years.When I discovered how I could help her be safe and comfortable – and connected to her family – I was relieved.And intrigued. After decades as an entrepreneur (home renovations and a career in technology), I was looking for a new challenge.One day it hit me: helping people “age in place” was what I wanted to do. And You’re Home was born.
